The Fibell InnovaGoods water-filled kettle bell is extremely versatile due to its original dead-weight design which adapts itself to the desired type of exercise and level of intensity. It has two filling nozzles: one for putting in the desired amount of water (without going over 10 L) and another for letting in air with the inflation pump that is included, until the kettle bell becomes firm and consistent.
